Booking Policy
ERIKA TORRES BEAUTY STUDIO- TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BOOKING POLICY)
By booking any service through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Agreement
All appointments must be booked through this official booking system.
A non-refundable booking fee (50% of your total service) is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash or Zelle.
Afterpay is also accepted for full payments.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Your deposit may be transferred once to a new date with proper notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in being restricted from future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all clients.
After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your remaining balance.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once your service has been completed and you have left the establishment.
Please review your results before leaving your appointment — any concerns should be addressed during your visit.
No exceptions.
5. Results Disclaimer
Permanent makeup and beauty services may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
I make every effort to achieve your desired results, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Following the provided aftercare instructions is essential for optimal healing and results.
6. Before Your Appointment
Before Your Brow Appointment
• Do not tweeze or wax your brows for at least 3 weeks before your appointment.
• Avoid skincare products that cause sensitivity (Retinol, acne treatments, Accutane, AHA, BHA, etc.).
• Do not schedule a brow appointment if using these products, as they can cause skin lifting.
• Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Before Your Makeup Appointment
• Exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before for a smooth base.
• Arrive with a clean, bare face — no makeup, oils, or skincare products.
• Keep your lips hydrated for smooth lipstick or gloss application.
• Remove excess facial hair (like peach fuzz) for a flawless finish.
• Do not apply any products on the day of your appointment — I will prep your skin for you!
7. Studio Etiquette
• Please arrive alone to your appointment — no extra guests or children are allowed.
• Filming or photos are permitted only with prior approval.
• Please arrive with an open mind, positive energy, and readiness to relax and enjoy your experience.
8. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and policies stated above.
