Important Information

⚠️ Payment plans are not available through online self-booking.

If you would like to use a payment plan, you must contact the studio directly so we can create a custom invoice for you.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received and approved.

How To Book With Financing

Step 1:
Send us the following information:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Service Requested

Step 2:
We will verify availability.

Step 3:
A custom invoice will be sent to complete your financing application.

Step 4:
Once approved and payment is processed, your appointment will be officially reserved.

Booking Policy

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 7 days' notice to reschedule.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules will result in loss of the booking fee.
• Only one reschedule is permitted.
• Appointments are not confirmed without payment.

Financing Clients

If you cancel or reschedule outside of our policy:

• The booking fee portion is forfeited.
• Any remaining funds paid through your financing provider may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment when applicable.
• Financing agreements remain between you and your financing provider.
